this is truly lovely...
oh i love this. her hair is gorgeous. and she seems to be embracing her curves in a way that just invites a warm feeling. love this.
Lovely Denise. Pastels have this wonderful quality to make everything glow and flow.
This woman does seem to glow--not unlike her creator, I'd imagine! I am just starting to play with pastels and though I haven't made anything like this lovely woman...I can see what a joy she must have been to sketch out. Beautiful.
so soft and beautiful, and full of life! i'm in love with this, really!
That makes me think of the dove commercials :-) I like how Dove products are using real shaped women to promote things... rather than the bone skinny runway models.
Makes me want to use dove that much more :-)
oh yes and beautiful job
I love the way you use pastels - and this one is so gorgeous - i want a print for my wall! :-)

What a beauty!
I love seeing your art
Good stuff -- smooth curves and great color and shading. I can't do pastels, myself, but admire the medium greatly.
This is gorgeous. I love the fullness of her body. It made me think of my favorite collection of poems entitled "Full Woman, Fleshly Apple, Hot Moon..."
Very cool! I love the lines and the mood you created in this piece. It is soft and freeing.
