With this new lightness I am feeling, I am shedding some skin. My skin, my blog's skin...we're one in the same now it seems. Perhaps it is my new extraordinary yoga class that is shifting something deep within. Stretch, hard work, meditation, relaxation. It all requires balance...in my yoga class, in my life. I've realized I need more Zen. So, here's to a new journey of exploring what that means to me.
Watch me grow.

shedding skin. this is a good feeling. you should spend some time in cobra pose...a good pose for this. Come up halfway, stay for the exhale, inhale up the rest of the way. shed a bit more with each exhalation my ear.

I have recently been snooping around the bloggingsphere trying to find new blogs to read and new readers to read me. (wow! That’s a lot of reads)The first place I have stopped seems to be the political station. While enjoyable, I find it a bit dry and arduous to allow politics that much of a grip on my life and my thoughts.
I want to diversify what I write and who I write to, and seeing your site here has inspired me not to be afraid of being honest and writing from my heart rather than for a good debate. I will try and check back here often. I invite you and any of your readers to check me out at Intrepid Flame. The last few posts have been very politically oriented because I have found a small readership, but I want to help it expand. I hope you like what you see.
