calling on bloggie angels...

my cool father in-law Leonard at our wedding, photo by robin nations

You all have been so wonderful in gathering together to pray for my nephew and I have seen miracles in regards to Mark's journey right before my eyes. I believe in the power of prayer, positive intentions, lighting candles and meditation and I am constantly amazed at all of your support for our family.

Which is why I am reaching out yet again...

My father in-law has been in the ICU since last night. He is 83 years old and is a fighter. I won't go into too much detail but it is heart related on top of pneumonia and he is on a breathing machine. My husband is trying his best to be strong because he always sees the cup half full in life but I can see the worry behind his eyes. We don't want to manifest anything, so we are trying not to go there in our minds but I still feel the need to ask my bloggie angels for help.

Leonard is one of the coolest people I know. Throughout his life he has been an antique dealer, musician, artist, jewelry designer, sculptor, archeologist, anthropologist and a Professor of Archeology. Whenever I am with him I always learn bits about history that are exciting and mysterious. His art consists of all things organic that he picks up off of the ground during his walks through nature. He's a true delight and my husband is so proud to be his son and I am now proud to be his daughter in-law.

So if you find a gentle and quiet moment in your day, can you please think of Leonard and send healing thoughts and prayers his way? Also send prayers out to my mother in-law so that she can remain strong and positive during this time.

Thank you, my friends.

Sweet girl...

I feel like we are all riding a sacred wave of miraculous healing and manifestation. I continue to soar with this wave and light another candle for your father in law. Our gathering here feels like a revolution of spirit. I send a strong gentle tendril of this to your family's continued healing.

much love,
e

There is power in the collective....I believe that. There is power in the voices all together, although not audible to us, they are loud and clear. Leonard sounds like an extraordinary man and I adore that photo...I will of course add him to my healing of body and spirit wishes - along with the ones for Mark.

I am dancing for him-imagining him being out in the sunshine and how happy that will make everyone.

I will do many dances for him today darling.

Big kisses for you and Carsten.

I am also dancing for Mark-that he is getting better and stronger.

The cd was wonderful-I love her voice- and I listened through the one for this time and then let it continue-it actually lulled me into meditative sleep. Delightful just like you my sweetness.

I love you

I love his angel wings in the pics. He looks like such a great guy. Will add him to those who I continue to see their perfection no matter what appearances are trying to trick us into believing.

He is the perfect expression of Wholeness right now....

My eyes swelled up with giangantic tears as I read about wonderful Leonard. Happy tears that he has finally gone to a place where he no longer is tainted by earthly pains and tortures...where he is free to do all of those things he loved without restraint of being worn down by age. And Sad tears for you, Carston, Birgit, and the rest of the family. I know what this loss feels like...and it grips the very depths of your soul. It makes me miss my own grandparents very much but I am sure they have welcomed Leonard with open arms. We always say that my Grandpa is sittin in Heavens Saloon playin cards with John Wayne (his favorite actor/admirer) I am sure Leonard and my grandpa are swapping all sorts of stories this very second! I can't get over how wonderful you and your whole family is. I am unconditionally in love with all of your, your freespirited personalities and kind, honest, souls. I hope that God allows for the sun to rise from now on with happy uplifting times. My thoughts and prayers are right there with you all.

Hello Boho Girl,

I've read several posts here, being drawn back to your blog because of its unique artistic feel that welcomes me as a person and an artist who shares many of your artistic pursuits. Even more than that, is the friendly feel here and your zest for life!

The stunning self-portrait photo exudes your enthusiasm! (I love that camera, but I'm not brave enough to show myself in blogland.)

I could read here all night, but here are a few highlights. Firstly, condolences upon the passing of your dear father-in-law and please pass on hugs to Boho Boy and each of your families, too. Thank you for sharing so much of Leonard here. He sounds like an incredible person. Your writing is engaging and I have put your blog in my favorites.

Take care,
gel
