renewal

"Before any garden can be seeded, the ground has to be prepared. The rocks and weeds need clearing, the earth has to be turned and the nutrients introduced.
Starting a business is the same way. You have to clear the clutter from your life, internally and externally. You have to create the right environment to be able to grow your vision."
~ Lynne Franks, The Seed Handbook. The Feminine Way to Create Business
This is what I've been doing every day, all day for the past week. Preparing the ground for my business.
Here is my new sage studio (at least my half...I didn't take pics of Boho Hubs desk on the other side). I feel a sense of renewal that I've been longing for. When I walk up the stairs to the loft, I stand, stare and sigh. It feels so fresh up here. I can almost feel soft wind blowing through me.
I've needed this clearing for so long. My studio, the space where I spend most of the hours during my day, was stacked with clutter and therefor, so was my brain. I needed more space, more organization, more femininity, more zen.
In the Seed Handbook, I have underlined "It is so important to create a living, vital space that reflects your energy".
Here it is folks, my space, my energy...
My apologies for the dark tones of these pictures. The lighting is very soft rather than bright up here. Click for larger view:

so wonderful that you created this for yourself.
I'm just in the process of creating an at-home office myself. It's so important to have your spirit reflected within the room... Your space looks fantastically full. Best of luck with the coming creations.

Hello Sister Boho. Wow the space sures breathes since I saw it last, its like being inside your CLOUD.
I love the old door, now you can place your antique bottles on top and bouce all the colours from the glass into all directions. I think the creative vibes will flow now. I am proud of you Denise and Carsten. With love from the north. Jon-Erik
This is definitely a wonderful space, the sage, even on a computer monitor is quite calming indeed. I just love those arches and could see something glassy cool hanging in the center of each one.
I know what you mean about removing clutter in your space helps to remove the clutter from ones mind.
Wishing you many hours of creative bliss!
XOXO
Ahh.. Denise! I can see you here in all that you and Carsten have created for yourselves.

Boho! The space looks wonderful and zen! I wish you lots of creativity and prosperity sprouting from there! Now I have to do the same and get my studio in shape. I have already moved things around and "renewed" the layout.. A few final steps and hopefully I'll be ready to create more too!
Your studio feels vital and
serene both -
it must feel so fresh to
be in this lovely space:)
Ah, boho. I wish I could come visit you, and bask in this space with you.
I love the color. It's soothing and inspiring, all at the same time. It reminds me of the color I used for my meditation room (called "Rice Paddy.") Create!
