affirmations
rocks painted by the lovely Mcmermie, canon digital rebel xti
I have these delicious painted rocks spread throughout my coffee table. Each day I pick one up and hold the affirmation in my hand until I truly feel it.
I love affirmations.
If any of you are inspired to share some...this post can be their home.

The following are affirmations that calm my heart.... they're more effective for me when said from someone else, but I'm trying to learn to let the healthy/adult me say them to the hurt/young me.
It's okay, I'm here.
Be gentle with yourself.
I know it's scary, but you can do it.
You're beautiful.
Breathe, honey, breathe.
Thanks for this, boho. The tears... they're kinda coming now. But the good kind.
I love affirmation stones!
Yours are so organic and beautiful... just like you and Mermie.
I'd like to share these.....
"the universe is in perfect order"
"I relax, knowing my life is in divine right order"
I am safe and protected.
I love and approve of myself.
my life is unfolding in the most loving, perfect and joyous way.
I allow the universe, source energy and my higher self to lead me toward all that I am wanting.
oh i love apinted rocks....
'bloom'
happy sunday!
just wanted to let you know that I linked to your blog--

I enjoy reading your blog. I am sending you positive affirmations. Good luck on your life journey.
One affirmation I say to myself every single day for my son and I is:
"I am with you and you are with me through every journey, we walk together in perfect harmony, my inner child will play with your inner child and we will always be one."
This helps me relate to my son when I may be frustrated or not understand and helps my inner child come out to play =) some people may think it's silly but it works.
"soar".....
and "illuminate" (luminous)
i love that little "sprout" stone -
i will gather that into my heart:)
my mom got me this little plaque with a drawing of a girl with some coffee and on it is a quotation from geothe...
"Nothing is worth more than this day"
I read that often as an affirmation and a reminder to cherish all that is right now.
Thank you for sharing your affirmations tis a wonderful way to be thinking as I get ready to head to school and hang out with a bunch of 14 year olds.....

Here's one I like:
"I am enough."
Here's one I use a lot:
"I cast the burden of ... (fill with the challenge at hand) to the Goddess (or Christ, God...) within.
Blessings,
"Be still and know that I am with you." ("I" can be anyone/element/spirit I need a the moment.)
"All is well" always unclenches my heart.
Really enjoy your writing and perspective, by the way.
this is the pefect post for me to read today....
just taking it all in....
and i am glad the rocks found a happy home with you.
all my love
mc

beautiful boho,
i love the photo and the simplicity of just one powerful word on each pretty little stone.
i've spent most of my life looking ahead to the next BIG thing...i'm trying really hard these days to live in the moment so i start each day reminding myself...
to be present.
to enjoy the little things.
