This morning I sat cuddled up on my couch, drinking my juice, surrounded by soft colorful pillows while the cool, crisp morning breeze gently caressed my skin and hair.
I took a deep breath and felt truly grateful for my life.

I did the same thing, in different surroundings, and my juice was a Dr, Pepper... but still ;)
i just love all the warm tones in this photo of your sanctuary. like you, this is such a peaceful, tranquil place to snuggle. may i come drink juice with you?

I truly love Sunday mornings. The big paper, that lately I only read the ads and the funnies. HGTV, with my breakfast, blog reading...Only made better when a good thunderstorm rolls by.
(btw, I think from the little view I have, we may have the same armoire in our living rooms....)
Awww, sounds wonderful, my dear. I called a friend yesterday while sitting on my back porch swing... WHILE talking with her, a HUGE thunderstorm rolled in. Rain began pelting all around me, seeping through the swing's cover over my head, thunderclaps rumbling through as I held the phone as close as possible to hear my friend's voice. I felt so cozy and safe and enclosed with my precious connection to a friend while chaotic rain fell around me. Aren't moments like that priceless? When we hung up, I just sat there for a moment, thinking about all we had talked about and soaking up the smell of rain, the peacefulness of the moment, reminding myself deep down that everything would be OK.
You are precious, boho girl. And please no worries about the banner... I know we all have busy times and this is just one of yours. Though I am very excited to imagine how it might turn out.... have I given you enough direction at all? I wish I could think of more. I'll email you if I do.

i've hardly slept all night...and i have that raw kind of feeling.

here we go again - just wanted to say that this photo and entry is beautiful and peaceful...i love it, and am so glad you're enjoying these incredible moments - had one myself the other day - went kayaking the other day *for the first time* instant love...found myself with an ear to ear smile, paddling, dropping the oar to my waist, tipping my head to the dusk sky, and allowing the silky warm water to run over my hands and wrists...many deep breaths and grateful thoughts - so can i jump on a plane and snuggle with you??? ;) you've gotta be one of the most intouch/sweetest beings i've ever met... love you for it - xxoo g
